REFUND POLICY

The product, service or membership referenced herein is sold with a no refund policy allowed. All sales are final.

WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE, YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. WHICH INCLUDES A ZERO REFUND POLICY. THAT MEANS THAT NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.

GENERAL PROVISIONS.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be declared by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No party shall assign these Terms and Conditions, or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of the other parties. These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, representatives, successors and permitted assigns of the parties. Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, Inc reserves the right to disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, in order to comply with any applicable laws and/or requests under legal process. The provisions of our Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference. Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, Inc may, in its sole discretion, change, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, at any time, by posting a new Agreement to the Site. The new Agreement will become effective 5 days after being posted to the Site.
