- Why did you join the AYC?
I want to shape the future leaders of our city (20 and 30 somethings) into highly influential, principle-based, philanthropic leaders of the world. We need great role models taking bold action to impact positive change. - How did you get to Austin?
Through The University of Texas. Hook ‘em! - What is your favorite lunch spot?
Hut’s. - If you could have any super power what would it be, and what would you use it for?
The ability to clone myself. They would then lead collaborative teams to tackle my project wishlist (finding a cure for cancer, starting a music school for the blind, creating a charter school with a Socratic teaching approach, to name a few). - If you could have any celebrity live next door to you who would it be?
Steve Jobs, Warren Buffett or Bono. - What are your top 3 things to do or see in Austin?
Visit the Blanton, wakesurf on Lake Travis, mountain bike at Emma Long Park. - If you played hooky for a day, where would we find you?

I’m a strategic-minded former CFO of 2 mid-sized companies, and currently developing a business idea. - What do you think the best invention is in the past 50 years?
