How did you get to Austin?
I grew up around Austin and moved here after high school to go to UT. I’ve travelled a lot of places but Austin has a special energy not found in many places, so I decided to stay around and put down roots here.

Why did you join the AYC?
AYC is a great place to meet a lot of great people.

What is your favorite lunch spot?
Austin has so many that it’s hard to choose just one. I’ve been going to Sway a lot lately.

If you could have any super power, what would it be and what would you use it for?
Hmm, maybe I could do the most with immortality. Then I could keep doing great things and adding value to others in the world for a really long time. Plus it’s fun to be alive.

If you could have any celebrity live next door to you, who would it be?
Probably Bruno Mars, it seems like he’d always have a great party going on next door.

What are your top 3 things to do/see in Austin?
Segway Nation tours, Barton Springs, and ACL Fest.

If you played hooky for a day, where would we find you?
Barton Springs.

When people ask you what you do for a living, what do you tell them?
Entrepreneur.

What do you think is the best invention in the past 50 years?
The iPhone along with its older brother, the Mac. They both completely changed and simplified the way we interface with technology.

Who was your first Facebook friend?
I don’t remember. My timeline didn’t keep track of that.

If you couldn’t live in Austin, where would you want to live?
Maybe New York or Shanghai.
