About the Austin Young Chamber

The Austin Young Chamber of Commerce was founded in 2009 to connect and develop young professionals to create business, community, and personal success in Central Texas.

With a membership base of 900+ young professionals, the Young Chamber hosts monthly member programs (coffee connections, mixers), special programming (LEAD Series, Let’s Talk), and signature events (LEAD Summit, Casino Social, FAVE Awards). In partnership with the City of Austin, the Young Chamber also offers programming and support for entrepreneurs through a series of workshops, pitch competitions, and accelerator programs. The Austin Young Chamber has a Board of Directors as well as ten committees who help guide and implement strategic plans as well as develop and execute year-round programming.

In 2022, the Chamber provided $28,500 to local startups and conducted over 65 events for young professionals to grow and network. In 2023, we’re looking to refine our work, expand our impact and implement a new strategic vision.
