This month we’re highlighting Diana Still –
Development Manager at Jeremiah Program.
Tell us about yourself (personally) and what inspired you to become a part of AYC?
My name is Diana Still, and I am the Development Manager at Jeremiah Program Austin. I have lived in Austin for 8 years but am originally from the DC area. I joined AYC last year not only for the networking opportunities, but to build community and make friends!
How does your role at work align with being involved with AYC?
Being involved with AYC and connecting with other members helps me spread awareness and garner support for the organization I work for. As a nonprofit organization, we partner with various companies to support our mission through corporate sponsorships and offer lots of volunteer opportunities for groups! Could you share about your role within AYC and how others can get involved?
I currently serve on the Ambassador Committee and Give Back Committee. As an Ambassador, I help welcome new members to AYC and plan events like mixers, coffee connections, and info sessions. On the Give Back Committee, I help with planning the Give Back and Get Loud event in September where we invite nonprofit organizations to share their work and opportunities for AYC members to get involved.
