One Year Later: ALL PRO Hospitality & ALLPURE Hand Sanitizer

As our community and our world mark one year since the beginning of the pandemic, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and recognize the hard work, perseverance, and resilience of our members, small businesses, and organizations. Facing insurmountable obstacles, we found new ways to adapt, support each other, and redefine success. These are our stories.


ALLPRO on the Rise

ALLPRO Hospitality was humbled and thrilled to take the spotlight in the service industry over the last few years with accolades to include ranking #1 Best Place to Work by Austin Business Journal, #3 Top Places to Work by The Austin American Statesman and ranking among America’s Best Work Places by Inc. Magazine.

COVID Impact on Hospitality

We were not only thriving but expanding, developing and fine tuning several of our divisions including launching the ALLPRO Bartending Academy just one month before the pandemic. When the Austin tourism and hospitality industry took a hit, so did we. Our staffing and hotel amenity divisions were devastated by the closure of hotels, the cancellation of this city’s beloved live events, and the emptying of corporate offices opting to work-from-home. When bars closed their doors, we had no choice but to dissolve our Bartending Academy, while the ALLPRO International Careers division came to a halt.

To help keep our teams working, we made the decision as founders to offer our services at reduced rates and even complimentary. But with lockdowns, restrictions, and extreme lows in business travel, there was not much more we could do to keep our team working. Hospitality based businesses in Austin are in dire straits.

What’s Next for Us?

We noticed an ever-growing need for hand sanitizer and the need for a better, more experience-based health hygiene solution. Entrepreneurs at heart, our brainstorming session turned into a call to action by teaming up with our hotel amenity manufacturer who was already in the cosmetic, beauty space. Our formula is differentiated in every way by using ultra distilled organic cane alcohol that is more potent on the virus, gentler on the skin and more environmentally friendly. We also included plant-based skin softeners, essential oils from the Mediterranean and soothing aloe vera. We are proud to boast a gentle, more premium sanitizer that has an enjoyable, calming scent. ALLPURE BRAND will soon offer additional in room amenities to include soaps, shampoo’s, conditioners and body lotions.

Having a plan B, C, D, and to continue adding plans through Z has been incredibly important to our survival. Community service has also never been more critical than it is today. Our ALLPURE team was able to turn a crisis into critical thinking exercise and ended up creating an elevated formula that will help keep our local communities protected.
