A ChangeMaker is someone who desires change in our community and makes change happen. These are the people who aspire for the best version of our world and do the hard work to make that dream a reality. Whether it is through organizing, donating, coalition-building, communications, work, play, or anything in between, these individuals are the best among us. We are asking you to nominate yourself or someone you know before December 12.
