Arielle Sadler is a strategic learning and development professional with extensive expertise in project management, innovation, instructional design, curriculum development, and stakeholder relations. She thrives on creating impactful educational experiences that drive growth and empower teams.

As the Claims Training and Technical Writing Supervisor at Texas Mutual Insurance Company—the largest workers’ compensation insurance provider in Texas—Arielle leverages her deep industry knowledge to design course curriculum, implement training initiatives, and craft content strategies that educate and inspire. Her work supports hundreds of adjusters, policyholders, and agents across the state.

A proud native of Houston, Texas, Arielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Baylor University. After graduation, she moved to Austin, where her passion for community engagement flourished. Arielle currently serves as Chair of United Way’s Emerging Leaders Executive Committee, as a member of United Way’s Resource Development Committee, and as the lead for Texas Mutual’s volunteer engagement committee, fostering connections between employees and the community.

Outside of work, Arielle enjoys exploring Austin with her husband and their four-year-old daughter. Her hobbies include cooking, boxing, volunteering, and reading all the Sci-Fi and Fantasy books she can get her hands on.
