Caitlin Locke Henson is a healthcare leader with a strong background in strategic planning and consulting, project management, and operational best practices across the healthcare spectrum.

She is a Director of Strategy at Ascension Texas, part of the nation’s largest nonprofit health system and the world’s largest Catholic health system, serving Central Texas communities. In this role, she leads a team who implements major capital projects by partnering with executive leaders and multi-disciplinary experts to deliver new infrastructure, services, and technology to enable better and more accessible care.

A northern California native, Caitlin moved to Austin to complete her Bachelor’s in Business Management at St. Edward’s University while playing on the women’s golf team. She holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the Texas A&M University Health Science Center in College Station. She is an alumna of the Leadership Austin Emerge program, class of 2019.

Caitlin enjoys golfing with her husband, hiking with her rescue pitbull, and plant-based cooking.
