Scott Weatherford is a trial attorney and partner at Jackson Walker LLP. He maintains a comprehensive complex litigation practice focusing on intellectual property, trade secret, and technology-related commercial disputes. Scott advocates on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and local business owners in state courts, federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agencies across the state of Texas. He has been recognized by Austin Monthly as one of Austin’s Top Attorneys and by Thomson Reuters as a Texas Rising Star.

Scott is a native Austinite and attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate degree. After spending three long years in Waco for law school, he returned to Austin and married his high school sweetheart. Scott is a proud #girldad, and when he is not wrangling his three daughters he and his wife enjoy exploring the many breweries Austin has to offer.
