Leadership Austin

Leadership Austin ignites passion for civic engagement and community leadership.

Leadership Austin offers established and emerging business and community leaders a unique opportunity to be part of a group that has come together to:

Develop their personal and professional leadership skills;
Learn about the issues affecting Greater Austin through open and balanced civic discussion; and,
Build relationships with others who seek to find solutions to the issues facing our region.

Membership Details

A diverse range of leaders and influencers from across the Greater Austin region.

Our flagship program, Essential, and our program for rising leaders, Emerge, are application-based. Each year, we build cohorts (50-60 people each) for a 8-9 month experience. Tuition fees do apply, but there is no ongoing fees for alumni. Typically, organizations pay the cost of professional development training. Scholarships are also available.

Additional Engage events and training opportunities are open to the public and companies throughout the year.
