Why did you join the AYC?
I love that the members of AYC also believe in Austin and helping the community. I wanted to be a part of the next generation that helps mold this city.

How did you get to Austin?
I was sitting in a car driving home at the age of 19 and said “I want to leave this city by the end of the week, I want more.” Two days later, I rented a UHAUL, cleaned out whatever I could in one day from my apartment and walked away. Austin just seemed like where I was supposed to end up.

If you could have any celebrity live next door to you who would it be?
Christopher Walken. He’s past his prime so I bet he doesn’t have too many parties…..

What are your top 3 things to do or see in Austin?
Hang out in west downtown, eat Chili Cheese fries at Shady Grove and catch some good music.

When people ask you what you do for a living, what do you tell them?
I’m in Business Development at a Title Company…. I get to have fun, help people, build relationships and witness people make one of their biggest investments of their life. It’s amazing and I couldn’t make up a better job!

What do you think the best invention is in the past 50 years?
iPod, it was the start of all the great and addictive Apple products we have come to depend on to this day. Chi is a close second.

If you couldn’t live in Austin, where would you want to live?
New Orleans hands down. That city is alive with culture, history, music, art and some of the best food you will ever eat…

How do you give back?
With time and money to Austin Pet’s Alive, The Austin Boxer Rescue and the Pedigree Fund. Animals have no voice without us.
