The three part workshop includes the Kolbe assessment and leadership test (valued at $90), dinner all three nights, and a training on the results of the assessment and how to leverage the results long term.

Pre-event survey and completion of the Kolbe assessment will be required to attend. No refunds will be given because of the hard cost to provide this workshop.

Marit Peters is the President and Executive Director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT). Peters has spent the past 20 years working across various industries including insurance, healthcare, information technology, aviation manufacturing and association management. This has enabled people to find and shape careers that energize rather than exhaust them. She also gets great satisfaction from working to develop optimum high-performing teams that attract team-members that complement each other’s talents rather than clone or create unhealthy conflict.

ELITExas (Emerging Leaders of Insurance in Texas) is a group of young insurance professionals focused on launching the next generation of independent agency leaders in Texas. The mission of ELITExas is to bring young professionals together to both strengthen their futures as well as the industry’s and attract new young talent by promoting the insurance industry as a dynamic and rewarding profession.
